We have a 30-day refund or store credit policy policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request compensation for an unwanted item.

Unwanted Merchandise

Any unwanted item that is not damaged is eligible for store credit.  We cannot receive returns.  To apologize for any inconvenience, a discount code with a discount of one dollar more than the the original order will be provided.  For example, a request for a refund with a $5 purchase price will be filled with a $6 discount code.  This code can be applied to take the value of the return plus $1 off your next purchase.  The code will only be fully valid on a purchase equal to one dollar more than the refund value.  If an item costs less than the discount code, you will pay $0 at checkout, but lose the remaining balance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.  We will send you a new product free of charge and you can keep or dispose of the defective one.  

Wrong merchandise/ wrong number of items

If too many, too little, or the wrong merchandise is sent, let us know.  If too many are sent, keep the extra as a gift.  It's on us.  If the wrong item is shipped, you can keep the wrong item and we will provide you with a discount code to purchase the right item free of charge.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, This store has no way of receiving returns.  Therefore, any refund issued is a total loss for our store.  Each customer will receive a maximum of 2 returns (2 separate items not orders) per year before they will be banned from further purchases unless they can prove that the item was damaged during transport.  If item was received damaged, the terms above apply.
